Seriously the worst Taco Bell experience I?ve ever had. I placed a mobile order. I went to pick it up and it took 40 minutes for... them to make it. They messed up some of my items and took another 15 minutes to remake a Chalupa. I tried asking for a refundand the manager refused to help me. Awful customer service and terrible food. Read more

We went to this store... and waited in the drive thru for an hour just to be told that their system was ?updating? and they ?couldn?t take or giveorders? including the Mobile ones.
