The new chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious. I got the lemon pepper flavor. I would have given 5 stars if some of the... fries weren't burnt and this seems to happen quite often so y'all need to be more careful on cooking those fries. Other thanthat, awesome sandwich. Confused cashiers who didn't know what I was there for and couldn't answer questions about a menu that could fit on a half sheet... of paper. Got a to-go order although, I don't know why anyone would eat there; no garbage cans, drink carriers layingeverywhere, sticky surfaces and music loud enough where the cashier couldn't hear my order. I live about a minute away from the Wingstop on Washington so I usually go there. Tonight they were closed so I had to order at... this location since they are open later. The level of quality of this store far exceeded anything I have gotten at the otherstore. They were very busy, especially for only having 3 workers and they were getting ready to close but they all handled itlike bosses. Next time I will have to come earlier. If their level of quality is the same as this team tonight I will happilytravel the few extra miles for better quality. My only complaint was that the Coke was flat but I didn?t even want it anyway itjust came with my combo. Not upset enough to dock a star. Very impressed. Read more

This place is HORRIBLE! I WAS a very loyal customer until 12/1/2022. 1. The whole crew should be fired, in Spanish they called... me every racist word for my race. They did not stop until I said I spoke and understood Spanish fluently. No one spoke afterthat in fact they disappeared in a side room. 2. They served spoiled dipping sauces. And told me the only reason it smells thisway is because it sat on a hot surface for more than 10 minutes. I told them I order the same thing the same way and this isspoiled after 1 person smelled it her face said it all. 3. When told the order would be refunded after bringing the chicken backwith the spoiled dressing on the chicken they told me that I wouldn?t get a ticket stating my order would be refunded I?ll ?justsee it? the cashier said her ?manager? said.
