First I want to say the pizza is usually always really good. But, they definitely need to hire some staff. My wife and I have... been twice on Saturday nights and they were closed due to staffing issues. And then again 2 weeks ago we couldn?t order theoriginal pizza house pizza because of staffing issue. I would advise calling before you go to see if they?re open for businessor to make sure they can make the original pizza house pizza if that?s what you are wanting. Read more
My family and I received great service. They were slammed and the owner still went above and beyond to cater to us!! We were... also there pretty late (and as a former server I know how annoying that can be) but we were still treated w/ nothing butcourteousness from our server. 10/10 recommend! Read more
I?ve eaten at BrickHouse several times and I DO NOT think this a good restaurant at all!! The cheese breadsticks I had a couple... of times were hard as a rock. The one time I ordered a Brick House specialty pizza I was disappointed and it was overpriced. Thelast time I ordered an Original they said I could only get a Large, it ended up being $26 only 3 topping?s. The restaurant hasbecome more of a bar atmosphere and really loud, you cannot hear yourself have a conversation with someone while having dinner,instead of a family atmosphere, of course this is my opinion and everyone has one. This restaurant advertises they still makethe ?Original? pizza that a lot people go there for. But I know for a fact they hate making it and complain about itcontinuously. BrickHouse has decided now to only offer Large size Original pizza. This was a surprise since their menu onlinestill reads all three sizes. I?ve also noticed at least once a week they post a sign saying they are unable to make theOriginal pizza. I?ve read the past reviews and noticed how the owner replies back to anyone who doesn?t leave a 4 star orbetter, he gives you a nasty remark back. He can do that to me if he likes but I?m just trying to warn good family, friendlypeople that don?t want to be in a bar atmosphere or want to get a good meal for their money to go eat their dinner somewhereelse. The friendliest server and staff and excellent food. We had the Farmers Market Pizza, BBQ wings, cheese bread, side salad, and... S'mores Brownie. Lovely restaurant nicely decorated in an older building, and they play good music! Great place for a date nightor family dinner. Read more
