Watch out for bitter coffee. I would give them I zero. I?ve been trying to give this place a change but I can?t anymore. I?ve... been here about 5-6 times and ever time the coffee is bitter. When I complain they ask me if I want more creamer and sugar. I?mlike no clean your machines plz. I just want a clean and fresh tasting cup of coffee. This time was that last straw! I was inthe drive through and They take my cup twice back into the store . Both times I said the coffee tasted bitter. The window stafflooked annoyed that I wanted them to fix it. They added creamer and I left half way through my cup the bitter taste came back.They have swindled me for the last time. I truly believe they never changed my coffee. To add insult to injury my food was cold.Worst Dunkin? Donuts ever. I know that the staff doesn?t care if I come back or not but I hope some customers read this betterthey spend their money here. I drove all over the tri-state area for a living and this is hands-down the worst Dunkin? Donuts I have ever encountered. The... place is filthy. There are flies everywhere. Every time I stop in there they claim the espresso machine is not working. I knowit?s because The afternoon lady is too lazy to make drinks she is always on her phone and takes at least five minutes to noticeyou . Their regular coffee tastes like old dishwater.
