Seriously, seated and fifteen minutes we get ignored, servers avoiding eye contact, and no one comes to get our order? And then... when we walk out, it's "have a great night?" Hard no on this one. I expect much better from Applebee's and have gotten it fromother locations in the past. Read more
upon walking into the restaurant we were not greeted and we also noticed a couple who were waiting and said they hadn?t been... help yet either so I walked to their manager and asked for assistance. she did not acknowledge me however a few minutes laterthe host finally came over. the bar and whole restaurant was not busy at all, yet the bar was ?backed up? so we could not orderdrinks until after 30 minutes. the kitchen made my entrée twice because they did not remove the onion or mushrooms that I askedto remove when I ordered. when I did get my food onions were still under the chicken, I was hungry and impatient at that point,so I just pushed them aside. I was not informed that the main sauce for my entree was not unavailable until a manager was sentto my table after I asked my server for it on the side. the manager let me know that the sauce was not available so she offeredbutter as a substitute for grilled chicken?. when I asked if I can get their Parmesan cheese sauce as a substitute she saidthey'd still have to charge me even though we waited 45 minutes for my food and it was made wrong, not once but twice, and myserver didn?t tell me they were out. I ordered these onion rings and this is exactly what I received when I looked in my take out bag ! I didn't even want to waste... my gas to drive them back.It was only five of them which was hard. In the trash they went but save the container for futureuse.So I also had the cheese sticks that looked so good but the salt had my heart skipping a beat ! I give up. :( Read more

The vibe was our own but killed our buz for we had drinks was the waitress being told more then 3 times can we have the to go... stuff which she ran for the ???? customers but never gave me mine ???? but of course we ???? got each other so that's who gaveme mine.
