I wouldn't give them a 1 but that's the lowest I could go! Zero customer service. They sold me a bucket of cold pretzels from... the online order I placed. They lied two me 3 times that they were fresh. Buyer beware! Read more
They will lie and tell you the pretzel is fresh then when you ask for a refund they lie and say they have to talk to supervisor,... bad service then they speak they language so u want know what they saying. Read more
The food is delicious but the customer service is awful. The first time I came was around 5:00ish, I had a guy who was rude. He... was unhelpful with the menu and unresponsive. He rushed us into what to get when I asked for a moment. Once I got my food, hewalked away without saying a word. The second time we came around 5:30-6:00. We had a woman who also rushed us. She was again,not very helpful & had terrible customer service. I apologized for taking so long to order after asking for a moment & she juststared at me. Again, once we got our food she walked off without saying anything. I understand wanting to go home already butthere is no need to be rude. The food is amazing but isn?t good enough to deal with terrible customer service. Both times Ialmost decided not to get the food. I do not recommend coming here & won?t be returning. Read more
