Slightly short staffed, but made well aware when we were seated that things made take longer than normal. That being said, the... wait wasn't very bad at all. Good was tasty. Service was good. I EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT EVERY WEEK DINE IN OR TAKE OUT..I constantly have used this restaurant for over 5 years.. I have lived... in Raleigh all my life. I eat out three times a week or more. I have been to every italian Resturant in Raleigh and Wake forest.Nothing comes close to Bella. I have come to know the owners and " they are Italian". They treat my family and I like werevauled as customers. We love them for providing our community with this jewl of a resturant. I recommend you go try it foryourself. I had exactly the same experience as a reviewer, Paul Benton on here. Same meal and vibe. I was smart enough to not touch it... and send it back. I?ve never seen anything quite like it. It looked like shrimp and noodles in water. I have never in my lifesent back food without trying it. The house salad was horrible/slime and the Thousand Island dressing was more like water. Iate one small leaf and stopped. The air inside was super muggy and the lighting is very bright and ?clinical.? It is not aplace with a nice atmosphere. FANTASTIC. My wife and I have been going for a few months, primarily on Wednesdays, because you get two entrees, two salads and... a bottle of wine for $39.99 plus tax. I always get the Shrimp Bella Italia, which is great. While my wife tries differententrees. Although all of the staff seems attentive to their tables, we found our favorite server, Marta. She always has a smileon her face and greets as old friends. Read more
