Ben & Jerry's never disappoints! The chocolate waffle cone was delicious. The North Hills location is right by the movie theater... and is beside a play area with lots of benches. It's an excellent place to get a bowl of ice cream and enjoy people watchingwhile the kids play in the safe zone. Read more
I came last night (11/1/22) and noticed immediately the woman working had a bad attitude. I was going to just ignore it until ... My sister orders a chocolate shake with fudge in it and the girl tells us that it is impossible to make (not true she gets itall the time). I ordered a cookie cookie shake which is on the website and a sundae version is in store and the woman acted likeshe?d never heard of it and refused to make it or even try to understand what I said. She didn?t measure anything and made itover halfway full of milk and didn?t mix the milkshake so the bottom was entirely cookie dough. For the first half I was justdrinking straight milk, it was gross. Terrible experience, they had hiring signs so I?m guessing that woman is only employed dueto desperation but she was both rude and incompetent. Read more
Been coming here for years with the absolute best experience, until yesterday 10-22-22. Staff didn't greet us and I had to ask... if they were taking orders. When I asked if they had a refill for one of the many flavors they were out of, he said no androlled his eyes. The inside and outside were very unclean. And during our visit there were only two other people in the businessat the time so it wasn't during a busy time. Sad to see one of our favorite places go down hill with each visit. Read more
