I?m here on a bench out front on 6/28/2022 @ 17:43 hours and the door is still locked and open sign is off. If the sushi is... worth it, I?ll change my rating. Called several times only to get a full voicemail. UPDATE: 18:46 hours Worth every penny andthe staff which was only one lady and the chef were very friendly and gave us fried dumplings as a thank you. I highlyrecommend this place. Read more
Updating my old review to say this was my all time favorite place in Raleigh. The people running it are so friendly and were... amazingly patient. My friends and I showed up with large parties, were annoyingly loud, and didn't call ahead, but we alwaysleft happy and felt welcome. It's a quiet place that is pretty inside with a big menu. I always got the half price rolls theyoffered every day cause I'm cheap, but I got to try other stuff on the menu too and it was all great. The octopus was REALLYgood, I'd never tried that before. We went here multiple times a week. You just can't go wrong eating at this place. A milliontimes recommended. Read more
Came in for lunch around 1:30pm. We were seated and ordered then notified that the chef was unavailable to prepare food. If the... chef didn?t want to take the orders because of closing at 2pm it could have been communicated when we entered the establishment.The restaurant should also close if there is no chef available (or willing) to prepare food.
