I'm tilting my head at all of these negative reviews, because I've always had respectful and prompt service at this location.... It's close to home, so it's the Chipotle I go to. When I get delivery, they've never gotten an order wrong. When I go in andorder take-out, they are always nice. The food is basically standard Chipotle, but nothing has ever been gross or cold. Won't come back first time at a Chipotle.. the people who made food did great but everything after was terrible no leadership... here no one taking charge no mentoring at the register. You can tell they were untrained no ice for drinks soda was down also onseveral flavors and the lime aid out completely. 12 lunch time long lines due to register. Read more
Food was good and the service was good! The only thing I didn't like was the person making the bowls and burritos was faster... than the person putting the toppings on it. So when it was my turn I had to yell over 3 people what toppings I wanted on mybowl. Get insync guys!! Read more
2nd BAD experience here AND WON'T BE BACK FOR A 3RD.... They are rude, have no customer service skills and are more focused on... socializing. The whole team should be fired including the manager. I ordered online and my food was not placed on the pick uprack. I waited a while at the register bc the young girl at the register walked away as I walked up, to gossip with her manager.When I said excuse me and asked for my order she gave me an attitude for interrupting her social time and grabbed it from behindthe counter. I thought the pick up was supposed to be convenient instead I wasted 10min of my lunch break. Will not be back.Asked for extra lettuce and got 4 strips of lettuce on my bowl. I was very disappointed by this location. My pork was so greasy and salty I couldn't even eat it, which then ruined the entire... salad. While dining there, the system temp went down and I didn't feel like waiting to exchange my food for something else. Notsaying I won't try again because the staff and the atmosphere were great.
