I did an online order through the chipotle app and this is the second time in a month my order wasn?t ready when I went to pick... it up. They didn?t have it ready till 15 min after I arrived. My pick up time was 12:50 and I did not leave chipotle till 1:05.I would have been better off both times standing in line. This defeats the entire purpose of online ordering. This will probablybe the last time I go to this chipotle. Each time I go it takes forever to get my food. Corporate really needs to take a closerlook at this location on Falls of the Neuse in Raleigh and give these workers proper training. I?ve never saw so muchincompetency in my life. I usually don?t leave reviews but I was so triggered about this experience happening for a second timethat it must be a common reoccurrence. One thing I value is my time - hence online ordering - and this chipotle wasted it onetoo many times. Read more

Great food no issues there. Only issue I had was with the staffing, but it was pretty busy so I can see where some bad/upset... attitudes could come out of there. When I go back again I?ll see if I experience the same issue and I?ll come back here toupdate! Read more
This is a review based on pickup experience. First they didn't bother putting the food in the letter stand for pick ups, taking... a while to find the food. The burrito wasn't a burrito...instead it was a bowl. It was also to have extra meat (what I paid for)instead it had barely any... and the chips were essentially non existent... terrible Read more

They use bait and switch techniques when ordering. My kids both ordered "build it yourself" kids meals, yet they charged us for... adult meals even though they are 9 and 11 respectively. When i pointed it out to the cashier they said there was nothing theycould do because it was already made.
