Terrible customer service! The girl at the drive-thru window was Rude! I pulled up to the window and wasn't greeted only asked... for my payment. I paid and she gave me my order. Went to drive thru 10/6/22 @ 7:07 p.m. Young man that took our order was personable but, when we got to the actual pick up... window the young lady was the complete opposite. She literally did not utter one word! Not only that but her jeans were tootight and you could see the upper part of her backside. Then she had the audacity to do the "my pants need to be pulled upshimmy shake" which wasn't appealing at all. Next, she grabs the tops to our sundaes by sticking her fingers inside the topsafter pulling up her pants and pulling her sweatshirt down without washing or sanitizing her hands. Management needs to be awareof this and she wasn't wearing her mask correctly. It was on her chin. Someone that is more persona le and sanitary needs tobe in the role at the window.
