I rarely leave reviews but this is our second time having a very bad experience. Drive-thru lines take 30+ minutes, when you go... inside it is completely unorganized. A lot of young, hard working employees but lack of management causes serious issues. Ourorder was wrong and we never got our order. Great experience! After reading all of the negative reviews I was hesitant to stop by. However, the team completely proved... everyone wrong. I stopped by on a Friday at 11am and they were friendly, helpful, fast, and got everything in my order correct.The bagel I ordered was toasted perfectly and all the food was fresh. Asked the cashier for 4 packs of ketchup, she gave me 2 so I politely asked for one more as she was walking back I reached out... to get the ketchup packet and she just sat it on the counter, why put it on the counter when she seen my hand there for her toplace it in, left the ketchup packet on the counter and walked out.
