I generally love firehouse but this location came up short for my first and probably last visit. Upon arriving me and my... girlfriend waited 5-10 minutes at the counter as the only customers while the cashier was on the phone taking another order.When we ordered I noticed they charged my girlfriends sub as a combo in error. We were give a free ?mini? sub to remedy this. Inhindsight should have just asked for a refund. After getting home and trying our subs both of them had semi-stale bread and mysandwich also had the wrong cheese on it. It was also missing the chopped pickles and onions that I requested. Meat however wasconsistent with firehouse quality. I recommend choosing a different location if you want firehouse. Read more
