We ordered delivery. An hour and a half later I called about our order. They left it at a random townhouse instead of calling... me. They said they would make another one since I could come pick it up. I wasn't even that mad to begin with. They just droppedit at another townhouse. They said I didn't put in a number for the townhouse. Instead of calling they just left it atapparently at a random townhouse. When I asked for a discount or a coupon, they said it was my fault. No call. Nothing. Not oncedid anyone apologize. I am generally not an angry person. I work in a restaurant and understand the difficulty of customerexpectations. The staff was dismissive and honestly legitimately rude. I do not recommend this location to anyone. I've eaten here twice & both times been really good!
I used to manage a few different Hungry Howies in Florida for a few years and I will say no matter what we did we could not get... the pizza to taste as great as it does here. My girlfriend was never a huge fan of Howies until we tried this one and now she?sin love. Everything about the food tastes amazing, the dough is well proofed, the toppings are perfect and the employees aresome of the best I have ever seen at a Howies.
