Generally not a bad place to go of you are ordering at the restaurant, but they really need to get their online ordering more... streamlined. Have ordered online here three times in the past month and each time the sandwich is not ready at the time statedand you end up waiting 15-20 mins extra waiting for them to make a sandwich...which kinda defeats the purpose of online orderingif you're in a hurry. First time ordering from this location. Typically order online cuz I am on the road for work and I need to be in and out as fast... as possible. The first time we went a couple of weeks ago, the atmosphere was dead, the service was slow, took forever to get our order.... Unprofessional and immature. I ordered a cold sub and the "sprinkler" was super slow.???? Maybe she was new. There was no tissuein the woman's restroom and messy dining area. Second time was last week, it was upbeat but still slow service. Unprofessionaland immature. Staff were joking around way too much. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and I had it remade because it was supersloppy I couldn't even pick it up. It was remade way better and was delicious but still had to wait forever while they jokedaround ????. The Coke cooler was broken and the day crew didn't refill the cooler so they were serving warm drinks. The rest ofthe customers were waiting just as long as we did. I go to this jersey mikes a lot because it?s close to work and we only get a 30 minute lunch break. I Always call in my order bc... of my short amount of time. Today I went to pick up my order and waited The entirety of my lunch break and finally had to leavewithout getting my food. Keep in mind I called this order in 10 minutes ahead of time. And my weight was inside majority of thetime. And there was no line. I probably could?ve walked through and ordered faster, had I known that I would have.But when Icalled and made my order I was told it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait lucky me I called 10 minutes ahead of time so itshould?ve been ready you would think. I even asked the lady about my order she looked around confused? She Asked for the name, Itold her my name and I was ignored. Not another word was said to me. Worst customer service and so unprofessional. I order here frequently, because of close proximity to the hospitals. I often... order catering orders of over $100. I called to see if I could get a receipt I lost that I needed for an expense report. I havehad experience with managers being able to go in the computer and print me a receipt out. Today I was told it was not possible.When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was busy. I will definitely be reconsidering using this store.
