The women at the counter could not be more rude. Also, no sense of urgency to make online orders or in house orders. Moved at... the rate of a snail. I waited 20 extra minutes for my sandwiches when I was told they were not ready, however the last sandwichin my order was sitting on the counter the entire time. Didn?t even get what I paid for, one of the sandwiches I received was achild?s size, I ordered all regular subs. Don?t see where the confusion and laziness lies. Horrible customer service. Read more
I came in on Thanksgiving eve. I didn't think to ask if they closed early. There were 3 young ladies working extremely hard as... they were busy and closing in just a couple of minutes. There were 7 or eight people in line. One of the employees even changedgloved and got new lettuce because a lady said her friend had onion allergies. I can not speak highly enough of the 3 womenworking at this location at close even working still after close. I live 35 minutes from that location and just happen to stopon my way home from work. I hope the young ladies can get some sort of recognition. I did tip them but they definitely wentabove and beyond. Same I can't give more than 5 stars. They are the definition of customer service. I went here in August and ordered a regular #13. The staff made it a mini, and when I said something to them about it, they... argued with me and insisted it was a regular. I left and complained to corporate, who sent me an email saying the operator willbe forwarded my complaint and will reach out, who never did. I will not come back here ever again. Read more
Do. Not. Order. Here. Drive to another city, you will get your food quicker! I waited 45 minutes after my order was supposed... to be ready and THEN had to read back my order from my email to help them make my sandwiches. 7 employees were ?working?. You can't be serious. What I got was a mini sub but they claim it's a regular for $10. If I ask for half of a sub then it's half... the price. I should have got the kids meal.
