Came in for a late lunch got a seat and the table REEKED of mildew...so we changed seats not that big of deal must have cleaned... the table with a dirty cloth... The one star is for the $9.99 24 ounce Dos Equis! It was served in a warm mug with the beerhovering around 50 degrees... Food was as expected smaller serving size than most I would say. Read more

Appetizer nachos were overpriced for portions. But good food, fresh overall, everything else was good. Good customer service.
Staff was friendly and the atmosphere added to the experience. Food was good but we were quite shocked by the prices. Definitely... on top of the high side for this type of restaurant. We eat at Mexican restaurants a lot and for us the experience didn?tjustify the prices. One example, we ordered guacamole ($5.25) and it was maybe four tablespoons in size? maybe. The FajitaTaco Salad was $12.75 and on the small side. Most other restaurants we frequent have the same dishes and these are easily $3+more per entree. One of my favorite entrees is the Carnitas. Typically. I expect to spend $12-$13 for a quality dish. Here, itwas $17. Good place but know you will spend more than you might expect. Read more

I can say without a doubt that their tacos de tripa dorada, and their carne asada, taste just as great as what you could find on... any of Mexico City's good street taquerias. Try it on a Monday (special price on Margaritas!). Monday margarita on therocks...hits the spot. Read more
