Weekend drive thru attendant needs more training. I visit this location each morning, ( use to) I pulled to the empty drive thru... this morning only to wait 3 minutes before I decided to speak. Attendant ask for a minute at that time another patron pulled upto the second drive thru and order immediately. Second time this happened to me at this location. We had placed a mobile drive through pick up order and had paid for it and had confirmation code ready and for some reason this... location did not have it in their system, the employees were extremely rude as well as the manager and super unhelpful. we madethe order at 9:13 and waited through drive thru just to go inside at 9:41 saying they don?t have it, we have to cancel and reorder, making it seem like it was our fault that the order didn?t come through. not satisfied with customer service at all. The customer service at this McDonald's is outstanding. The orders are always correct and they have a play place for the kids... that is clean. The people at the register are always very friendly. When you are used to fast food places getting your orderwrong and everyone hating their job, this place is a breath of fresh air. It takes you back to when people had work ethic.
