If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 2 drinks, 2 Quarter Pounders and 10 piece nugget. Received a chicken sandwich, and 2 10... piece nuggets. My husband went back (it was doordash originally) and the lady said it was right, after him showing our receipt.The manager argued then ?fixed it? while telling him he couldn?t open the bag when she taped it shut.. he had to tell her he wasthe customer not doordash. Best part, order was wrong AGAIN. Missed another quarter pounder and put the chicken sandwich backin. I understand mistakes, but this was utterly ridiculous, and you should be embarrassed about how your employees do theirjobs. Read more

The staff was very rude! I asked for my receipt and they started mobile orders don't have a receipt. This is the only McDonald's... that hasn't given me a receipt with my mobile order. Also in the app it stated thanks for your order when I still had notreceived my order. It took 15 minutes to receive a 20 piece nugget. I've had a fast food job in my life and nugget do not takethat long to be dropped! Read more
