Cost of the mix drinks isn't worth the price.(They were too weak!) The muisc was okay there were bad transitions in songs. A... fight broke out when I was there. It's a membership place so there's a $5 cover charge for the bar. Other then that the setup isreally good maybe next time my experience will be better. Read more

Bartender was very selective over what customers he wanted to serve and when... First drink took 13 minutes to get and we was... all three sitting at the bar the hole time. Just waiting.... So we drank our one round and left. Read more

Bartender ignored customers for about 30 min, without even acknowledging or showing any sign of caring ( long brown hair/... tattoos) The service in general on Saturday is abhorrent!!! I highly recommend neptunes to hire more bartenders, especially forrush hour!! Read more

Food was not as good as I hoped. The chef refused to use grilled chicken for the chicken parm to make it gluten free. Had to get... a gluten free pasta primavera, which made me incredibly sick. Had to wait for a table for a very long time, but there wasliterally no where to stand. The waitress also consistently was nowhere to be found. Read more
