Located inside Morgan Food Hall , there are many small restaurants including Indian stall. Tried fried and it seasoned so well.... Very nice and friendly people running the stall. Definitely tried more stuff next time Read more
I really wish that I could give this restaurant a great review however I can't. I ordered the fish feeling it would be safe. ... For a restaurant to prize their self on fresh seafood this was a bit disappointing. The fish was cooked to order however it wasold You could tell the fish that had Frozen far too long. The shrimp work decent were overseasoned, they were too salty and Idid not go further to even taste the fries. The whole entire meal taste like this was old it wasn't crispy and lights it wasgreasy and stale. I am 100% disappointed in the food however the customer service was excellent. Read more
Was given cold and uncooked food,we tried to ask for our money back and was assured a better cook to fix the issue and remake... the food and this what I received! I?m furious! $20 I paid for burnt fries and shrimp then the barely gave up fries when theRenaissance the order definitely need management on site when new workers are working. This is Ridiculous! I was in Raleigh for Dreamville Festival. We were looking for food and looking at the food stands. We seen these guys and they... told us to check out Oak City fish and chips. We did and the food was well seasoned and fried to perfection. I was extremelypleased to get a taste of Louisiana out here in NC. Thanks for the great customer service and if I'm ever back in Raleigh I willdefinitely give this place a visit. 5 stars all the way! Read more

Ordered the fish and chips large. Abysmal. For an establishment literally named ?Oak City Fish and Chips?, you?d think the $15... menu item they?re named after wouldn?t taste like it was microwaved and seasoned by a 5 year old. The quality of the fish wasawful as I bit into over 4 bones, and the batter had absolutely no crunch or enticing flavors. Chips were okay however. I doenjoy a lot of stuff at Morgan Street Food Hall but this ain?t it.
