The food was delicious. The staff were kind, but not enough to make up for their lack of professionalism. The tables were filthy... with grease. Rather than having a dedicated wait staff, children of the employees would help but mostly play on their phonesbehind the counter. Orders were forgotten even on a slow day. It's close to home, so I've ordered pickup quite a few times, but have never dined-in. Their Pho is VERY good (I usually get... chicken, but have also had the tofu)! Their fresh rolls are also stellar. Great banh-mi and rice dishes too. Never once had abad meal - and they have delicious boba drinks.
