Bad customer service, I had to not consider them again for coffee.
There?s a guy who works here in the afternoons who has rude way of dealing with customers. He?s impatient, apathetic, and just... ruins my experience every time. Not sure if he?s the manager(sure tries to act like one) but if he is his staff doesn?t seem tobe a fan of him either. Read more
I think PCJ is my favorite coffee shop. Since the locations I know of are all on campus, I have to admit that service is really... dependant on which students are working when you get there (though sometimes you'll spy a manager, and they're usuallyreliable). I love the chai steamer, and the italian sodas are surprisingly refreshing. Read more
