Standing here in line on Sunday morning and it?s been over 30 mins since we ordered. The process is clearly broken, the store is... filled with waiting and frustrated customers and three groups of customers have actually ordered and then left because theycouldn?t wait long enough. Observations: only a few donuts are available, drink machine is out, a customer just told anothercustomer ?go in there at your own risk? about the bathroom, and no employee is taking orders so the ordering process is alsoreally slowed down. Rise is my favorite breakfast biscuit joint in the area. I dropped into this location for the first time this week and ordered a... southern chicken biscuit, tots, and coffee. Love that they serve Counter Culture coffee. My experience at this location was lessthan I would?ve hoped, though. The chicken was warm and delicious but the biscuit itself was basically cold.
