As of writing this review, July 2022, they have gotten rid of their touch free car wash (LaserWash System). This car wash used... to be amazing and the best in the Raleigh area. It has been replaced with a supposed touch only car wash, according to themanagers. Won't ever be visiting this Sheetz again. Read more

I used to love this Sheetz, but now when you do mobile order, they don't put the order on the mobile order rack but hide it... somewhere where the staff doesn't know where it is. So first I watch the mobile order rack, then I try to get someone'sattention (which takes forever), then I have to deal with them being confused on where it is. Happened twice to me. If youaren't going to put mobile orders on the mobile order rack, don't have a mobile order rack. And have an agreed upon place wherethe staff knows where it is, rather than them being confused. Regularly do a mobile order during the morning because they are fast. Order is usually ready and on point. Order was ready but... sitting behind counter. I waited a few minutes while 2 in store orders where given. Then my ordered was called from behind thecounter, and frozen lemonade was melted .
