This is a small spot with an old school feel. The white table cloths help make the place. Sandwiches were good and came out... quick there is no fried food and offer pies for dessert. The corn and bean salad that came as a side option was a very oddflavor and texture mix. The service was a bit slow and seemed unorganized. Read more
Sweet little spot. I've been here before but its been several years. I was glad to know they survived the pandemic! Today I went... in for lunch. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich. It left a funny after taste but it wasn't horrible just may not be my rightfor my particular palate or maybe it was the bread. The Ruffles alone were yummy! My favorite chips! Love that option as a sidefor a classic meal. Everyone was kind and polite, which I am grateful for. I'll be back for something different next time. Read more
This little gem stands proudly on a quiet side street in the historic district. I loved the ambience ???? The staff is quite... friendly and knowledgeable about the food, as well as the history of the area. The sandwiches we ordered were delicious and sofilling we had no room for dessert! Went here for a early Saturday lunch. Great spot. Historic house converted into a restaurant. A ton of sandwich choices and... great dessert. Really good prices as well. Friendly staff was icing on the cake. I highly recommend! Read more

This little hidden gem in the historic district is an obvious favorite by all the locals as there were plenty of people coming... and going as well as picking up to go orders while I was there. I had the chicken sandwich on pumpernickel with the best pastasalad I have ever tasted, and a slice of their black bottom pecan pie. If I had had more room I would have tried everything onthe menu LOL. Read more
