Stopped in the way to my boyfriend's in Winston Salem. There were a lot of people in the shop but there was order & everyone was... courteous. I mobile ordered the morning of 12/2 and although my order wasn't completely ready when I arrived (the food was ready, the drink... was not) as soon as I mentioned my order the guys working today were already on it. You could tell the 4 or 5 guys that workedthis morning were HUSTLING. Once you learn more about and experience good coffee you realize how bad Starbucks is. They cover up bad coffee beans and low... dose drinks by over roasting and adding a bunch of flavors, milk, etc. The food is ehh and you would never get it if you weren'talready there. It use to be convenient with the mobile app but now so many order ahead you'll have a long wait during peakhours. I wish there were more local eclectic coffee cafes but corporate giants push most out of business. Read more
I ordered a venti pumpkin spice Frappuccino and basically got a grande size even though I paid $6 for a venti. Ridiculous.
