I've gone to this Taco Bell several times now over the course of a month and it has been a consistently unpleasant... experience. Each time I ordered inside, my order has taken 20+ minutes to be ready; despite my order usually being only 2customized ala carte items. When ordering in the drive thru, 4 cars ahead can take up to 30 minutes until I get to the window;whereupon I seem to wait another 6 minutes to receive my food. The orders I get are usually of unpleasant quality with potatoesbeing consistently stale, chicken tasting cold, and customized ingredients being outright ignored. I try to be friendly withfood staff, often thanking them for their work, and I've consistently found the staff here unengaging with little enthusiasm,drive, or cohesion. It's difficult for me to write this review as I'm not often critical of such things and have worked in foodservice myself. That being said, if I want Taco Bell now, I'd rather just make the drive to another one rather than this one5min away. Read more
We ordered take out, and the website said that it would be prepared for pick up. We paid for it. When we went to pick it up,... the doors were locked. They kept the money. Earlier, we waited a long time in the drive through line. When we got to order,they asked if we placed a mobile or online order, otherwise we couldn't be served. So this Taco Bell was a huge waste of timeand very frustrating. There was no pick up available for the on line order that was placed. And, don't waste your time waitingin line in the drive through, because they told me I couldn't be served because I hadn't placed an order online. The store needs help from corporate. Specifically orders are taking much too long to fill orders. I might come back in a few... months to see if they've got it fixed, but for now I can't come to this store. I go to the grocery store and make my ownburritos at this rate. Read more
