Customer service could use some improvement. Yes, the restaurant was very busy yesterday evening. However, ignoring a customer... standing at the counter, avoiding all eye contact, not even offering a quick greeting are not ways to get repeatcustomers. This is the worst service I have ever had. I'm not white nor do I look white. Buy I came in tonight sat down. The waitress said... I'm the only one here so bare with me. I waited 20 mins not getting a drink or even getting an order in. But the waitress servedthe 2 other couples their food. Filled their drinks, even cashed 2 of them out. This was my first time ordering from here since their name change. I ordered a 4 topping medium pizza and it was just over $30... which is pretty pricey for a medium pizza I don?t mind paying for quality but the pizza was lacking quality. Coming from NY, I wasn't sure what to expect for Italian food, must say the eggplant parmesan was probably one of the best I've... ever had. My grandsons enjoy the pizza immensely, not New York but very close. Service was fantastic, Melissa was excellent ather job, couldn't have asked for a better waitress. Restaurant was clean and everybody had a smile. If ever I was in this areaagain I would definitely go. Read more

This is the most disrespectful staff I have ever encountered. When calling to check the status of my delivery, I was passed off... to a ?manager? who was nothing but rude.
