Came here last week and service needs to be better. Expects tips to be a given when ordering takeout - was noticeably dismissive... after not having received one. I work in the restaurant industry too and could care less if people don't tip for takeout. It'snot a big deal. 1st time we came here, apparently mayo on a sub costs extra money. Went back and still got order wrong "manager" had ear phones in said no peppers twice. Still got peppers on sub. Not his fault... (besides the headphones maybe) he was making a 100 different sandwiches. Most likely more people should have been working than2 guys during dinner rush. Read more
