Intentionally overcharging for product. I wanted to order just 2 individual Waygu patties without bun or other ingredients.... Drive thru worker said patties were $5.each but I would need to pay for full price of sandwich and they would only discount$2.off 2nd patty. I'm on a very strict 0 carb diet and other restaurants have no problem charging for meat only. For example Iget 7 patties at innout burger for less than $10. I understand Waygu is more costly and I was willing to pay $5.each but not tobe gouged for full sandwich pricing. This is very unfortunate experience. If they are going to have a fixed price they shouldstick to it. Read more
Clean and properly maintained fast food chain. Friendly staff and above average wait times.

This was awful. For almost 40 dollars for a family of 4, you'd expect the food to be fresh and hot. My fries were cold, I... sent them back, they gave me the same fries back. My son's kid meal was so gross, I told him don't even eat it. Picture ofhis sandwich will explain it all. Never will I ever go back. Read more
