ORDERED TWO SAUSAGE AND BISCUITS, WHEN GETTING TO THE WINDOW THEY HAD ONLY PLACED THE ORDER FOR ONE. I STATED THAT I HAD ORDERED... TWO AND SHE SAID OK AND CHARGED FOR TWO. WHEN RECEIVING MY ORDER IT HAS EGG AND CHEESE. I AM UNABLE TO EAT EGG AND SO UNABLE TOEAT THE MEAL RECEIVED. TRIED TO CALL AND THE NUMBER IS DISCONCERTED. Indoor dining. Staff messed up my order and was rude about it. Then shorted me $11on my change. Was told by a staff member "... Thats everything! I dont know what you're standing there waiting for?" And after a rude response she threatened call police. Iasked to see the manager and was told "there is no manager here" After a few mins other staff gave me correct change. Wont evereat there again. My food is always messed up at this location, after working all day in the sun, and coming home to find out your order was... messed up, it sucks. My wife's grilled chicken was raw and rubbery. They had no problem refunding me, but that's not the point.We shouldn't have to freaking always double check our food and waist time going to return it. Gas ain't cheap!!! Mcdonald's nextdoor also has same problem. And so does jack in the box down by Walmart. I'm never getting food from any of these places again! Read more
The food was good but I had to guess where some employee had hidden my order and help the other ones find out where it was or I... would have waited a lot more. Take out was 20 mins late... I pretty much had to do their job to get my take out order. Read more
