Stood in line for 30 mins without being acknowledged. Employee was sleeping on guest area while customers were waiting to be... waited on. Chicken pieces were laughably small and overcooked. I ordered the 2 piece meal which says it includes a breast and wing. The... wing was all shriveled up and the breast was cut in half. Who would ever think you only get half a breast? I got broccoli andmashed potatoes as sides, which were both fine, nothing special. If you want a drink it's like an extra $3. I opted out, butthe chicken is so dry you almost need a drink just to swallow it. Finally, it was hotter than hell outside, which is why Ichose to dine in, figuring I could cool off with the AC, but it was either broken or turned off, because it was uncomfortablywarm in there.
