Shame, shame...I asked for MR Tri tip and got overly well done. The cook looked miffed when I bought the plate back.... Hostess/cashier brought my plate back to me telling me that's all they had. So ordered the grill chicken plate...chicken looksboiled and is so,, so,, so dry. What a disappointment. Balsamic vegetables tasty but cold. I've been here a few times beforeand no issues. This my one and only meal today...that I can't eat... Bad day for Jack's. I will wait a couple months beforecoming back to see if they have a better chef. We ordered a fairly large salad and got this amount of dressing. I couldn?t even eat 3/4th of my salad. This was a complete... waste of food and money. I?m very hungry and disappointed. Read more
The chicken strips tasted good but three chicken strips for the price isn't worth it. Service was good.
The service was slower since you are required to order at the cashier and can't visualize the toppings for your salad. I was... super bummed that my dressing was on the side and not tossed in. That being said everything was fresh when I finally got mysalad. Read more
