Service is always slow and they let people cut in line. Today, several food items, especially pancit smelled and tasted days... old. When I got home, I was disappointed to find some items missing. I keep giving this place second chances over and over againbut they never seem to improve. Expensive for what you get. Read more

I bought BBQ yesterday afternoon and i was so disappointed when i got home and eat it for dinner. The meat is uncooked and hard... , the taste is horrible is not the same anymore when they newly opened. Part of the meat in the stick looks like an old meat. They changed the quality of all the food they serve. A month ago, i ordered half tray of pancit bihon and at the bottom thenoodles are hard they did not cook it right. I hope the management sees this so they can change the quality of food theyselling. Bought groceries there last week and was happy to receive a coupon for a two-dollar halo-halo! ONLY the coupon didn't indicate... an expiration date, so when I claimed my supposed deal, the staff at the counter said that the deal was already expired. She didtell me to come back next week and they will honor the coupon. She even wrote the date on the coupon as a gesture of good faith.I came back today (as per instructed) and was told that they don't have the ingredients to make halo-halo with (!!), but addedthat they "might get the ingredients today". The manager that I spoke to made no effort to offer a substitution to theirnon-existent halo-halo offer until I brought it up. She eventually placated me with buko juice drink, but any home-grownFilipino will tell you that a buko juice drink ain't the same as a halo-halo. Read more

Growing up eating Filipino food, I get cravings every so often. I usually make what I want at home but to be able to have 2-3... of your favorite Filipino dishes, well then, you?d have to be at a party. But if one is craving some from the islands than youneed to find the nearest Seafood City and get yourself to a Grill city. Is it the best? Nah. Is it pricey? Yahh. Is it good?Sometimes. Does it fill your cravings? ABSOLUETLY! Every Filipino Lola?s/Lolo?s (grandmother/Grandfather) makes each dishdifferent. It will not be one of those omg reminds me of home moments (unless you live in the Midwest with a bunch of non-Asiandescendants and only eat hamburgers and pizza for years) but rather, it satisfies the cravings. Have you heard of well, if yousee the same ethnicities eating that food then you know its authentic, I believe that! Its authentic so if you in the area andwant to try Filipino Food then come here, I would suggest a 2 Item combo, comes with rice; something grilled, something stewedadd noodles or a dessert like Halo Halo Suggestions; Work on the customer service (Super Lacking), Rice is cheap so give more,Possibly par cook the BBQ and cook to order so it will be hot, ensure the chafing dishes are at the right temperature (HOT)check them hourly.
