Subs are good. Better selection than Subway but staff was not very helpful. I spent $40 and didn't get asked if I had a rewards... account nor did I mention it either so that was my fault too, but when I asked the cashier if I could still get points for myorder she said she didn't know but didn't think so. I looked everywhere on my online account and there's no option to entermissed points/receipts so I asked the same girl what other option I had because I didn't want to miss out on my points and againshe said she didn't know. I asked to speak with a supervisor at that point because she wasn't even trying to find out things sheclearly didn't know about. The "supervisor" then came, asked for my phone number and added the points super fast. He was notfriendly or said much but at least knew what he was doing. He could have used that opportunity to train the girl for futurereference but he didn't so I blame management for the lack of training. Read more

I called in a #26 at 10:35am. Short story they were busy & they can have it done by 11am. So i arrive at 11:08am & they havent... started on my #26(giant) so im waiting & waiting 15 minutes later i ask how much long on the giant #26 for Michael & apparentlyit had been done already so i pay i take off i work 10 minutes from this jersey mikes i get to work & my sandwich is (cold!!)Not warm at all but COLD. This is the 2nd time i have an issue with this jersey mikes. I understand they are busy but for myfood to be cold because they forgot about it & to notified me it was done.
