I was really excited to order the black bean noodles from this place since it was the closest to my town. Other reviews said it... was really tastey! But it was disappointing. This was my favorite Korean "fast food" in the area fo the past 3 years. What happened? Although the customer service is... always pleasant and hospitable, the food has gone downhill. I am a huge supporter of " mom and pop" restaurants so it hurts towrite a negative review. I picked up some plates for lunch last week and to my dismay, the short ribs in my kalbi plate werespoiled! My food smelled a little "off", so I had a couple of coworkers try my food. They immediately spit it out andinstructed me to return my food for a refund. I returned to the restaurant and the owner gave me a full refund and wasapologetic. Read more

The food was okay. I got the bulgolgi quesadilla. I honestly didn't think it had enough cheese. I also tried the black noodle... and I just didn't feel like it was anything special. The food comes with two sides, kimchi and cucumber. They also give youbottled water if you ask for water, which is nice. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. The lady who works as the cashier is always so welcoming, friendly, and polite! The customer service is outstanding. The portion... of the food is great for its price- you always get what you pay and more. The food is ALWAYS cooked fresh and you can tell bythe fries.
