I kept calling 2-4 times. My gourmet steak taco had tomato?s in it. I used to work at the rubios and remember that the gourmet... tacos don?t come with tomatoes. When I realized I ate some my allergies kicked in. I had to rush to the emergency room. Theydidn?t answer at all and it annoyed me the most. Read more
Use to love eating here. The food was always came out good and they have the best salsa. Unfortunately there is no management at... the establishment. After asking several employees for Salsa none of them were able to deliver. One of the girls insisted shewould get me some and then walked back into the back for about 15 minutes then came back out and ignored me as if I had not justasked for salsa. I ended up leaving. It?s so hard to leave a review like this because I love Rubios. But this particular location has been letting me down for years... now. I get cold food, burned protein, missing items, messed up orders, stale chips. I promise I have not been happy with myorder for about a year now. And I eat here so often. Throughout my experience here service had attitude when taking down my order and then had messed up on my order. When being... seated with the wrong food. Management came in afterwards to replace the right food order but food took too long that it?d cameback literally cold and less food on my plate. That I lost my appetite completely. Read more

My boyfriend and I come all the time. I love this location. Beth was very helpful and informative. Ive come many times and had... no idea they have an app. This store is always working so hard and even while understaffed you can tell everyone is workingtheir hardest. I wish the other customers could see that. The food is always hot and delicious. I've been to other rubios andthey just don't make then like they do here. My tacos are always made perfect here. I think the store itself needs a littleupdating. The walls are all banged up and seats are cracked on the leather. Read more
