I ordered a shaken iced espresso on the mobile app. When I got there they handed me a Frappuccino with the shaken iced... instructions on it. I was confused and said I had ordered the shaken espresso and pointed to the sticker. I got the biggest eyeroll, she still offered to redo the drink but I order ahead because I don't necessarily have the time to sit in the store.
