Great rooms and a nice hotel overall. Good restaurant...a bit pricey. Would stay here again!

everything about this establishment is POOR! prices are too expensive. restaurant, spa and rooms are nothing to brag about.... staff are rude, unprofessional and racist. they don't greet you instead they present a stoic look towards customers. managementdoesn't realize that the residents at Murieta Gardens close by have experienced far better Hotels, Spas and Restaurants sincemany in that community have lived, work and own businesses in the SF Bay Area! Get with the program, cease and desist yourracist attitudes and you might flourish as a business. Read more

Outstanding property with exceptional service. Joseph in the restaurant is a delight and Cosmin Nicula is in a class by... himself! Highly recommend this establishment and look forward to getting back there again! Read more

I’ve stayed here before and was pleased with the amenities. But this time was kind of a disaster. The hallway outside my room... reeks of pot and I could smell it when I got inside my room. The people above my room were very noisy running back-and-forth formost of the evening. But the most annoying thing was that the television is almost un-watchable. I reached out to the frontdesk to let them know that you can only understand every other word in the dialogue and the picture is constantly pixelated.Housekeeping came in and unplugged it and said they reset it but it’s no better. The housekeeping personnel told me it’sbecause it’s constantly streaming through the Internet. So now I’m really glad I did not rent the movie I intended to rent.Just very disappointed. My almost $900 stay here didn’t even have a working television. I’m looking forward to when theyhave another hotel in this area. Read more

The room is quite nice, although there is no bathtub. (Only shower) The beds were ok and all the appliances we used were fine.... The in-room refrigerator is very small though. There was a nice balcony in the room we got. We stayed here with a spa package.Depending on which package you get it can include wine, cheese/meat board, flowers, or a dining credit in addition to theincluded spa service. The pool was very nice on the 100+ degree days. There was some shade in the late afternoon so no need forsunscreen past a certain time. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating on a few different occasions. They don't offersit-down breakfast with the room, but they do provide to-go breakfast bags which can work in a pinch. The location here iseither convenient if you are doing something in town, or not convenient if you are not doing something right nearby. Come hereto enjoy the spa and pool, and less to visit the nearby area. Read more
