Gilberto our server was alright. My friend ordered the tres leche pancakes and he got the blueberry pancakes. We brought it the... attention of Gilberto. He apologized and offered to take it back and bring the right order. Once he took it back, he returnedwithin 30 second with the right order. This new plate was ice old! My plate included pancakes. They were ice old as well. Thetiny piece of butter they threw on top was like rock hard. So according to my server, ihop does not bring up the tray ofdifferent flavor syrups anymore, even though this was a signature detail of theirs. Gilberto served me those ice cold pancakesand did not even offer me the syrup. Maybe he was expecting me to down it dry. When I asked for the syrup, he simply broughtthe container with regular old fashioned syrup. When I enquired about they tray of different flavors, this is when he informedme that ihop does not bring the tray anymore; that the customer needs to ask for a the specific one desired. At this particularrestaurant, if you are a told full size man, don?t let them seat you in the two seater center section of the restaurant. Theseseats are for smaller statue individuals. The service is really bad the food so far. Waffles when they arrive to our table cold. I ordered blueberry French toast and they... were so tiny I had to send them back. Our server Monica waitress was nowhere to be seen very bad service she always looks madupset and rude. Waiting there 10 minutes for my check I had to get up from the table wait for her to give me my check and pay atthe counter. Overall zero stars if I could. Never coming back to this place. Read more
Our server was So polite and respectful. Very nice experience. I had the chicken fried steak and it was absolutely scrumptious!... This is a smaller cozy IHOP and it's worth going to. Very happy customer here! Read more

The food has always been ok. This morning was my daughters birthday and for some reason she has a thing for Ihop. We pulled up... at 745am. Open sign facing the street was on and the hours on the door say 7am...but the doors we locked. Incrediblydisappointing. We went to Dennys right down the road and they were definitely open, also quite busy as well. Consistency isimportant. I will also mention this is the second time they were closed this year during the business hours they claim. Read more
