This has to be the worst Jersey mikes I?ve ever gone to since before the Santa Monica one changed management. This place has the... worst customer service. I could tell from when my family and I drove up around 8pm that they were not pleased to see us come in.Also the first time we went it was 8:30 pm and they told us they closed the grill even though they don't even close till 9pm. Onthis trip I told them multiple times please no peppers on my sandwhich and I ended up with a bunch of peppers and mushroomswhich do not even go on the sun I chose. Someone needs to get this place in gear or I won?t be going to that place anymore. Read more
Update: They always put mustard on the wrong sandwich. Each time now, I have to drive all the way back to have it remade as they... drench it with mustard and my sandwich does not even come with mustard on it. Then the sandwich we do ask for yellowmustard...gets none. Boogles my mind. Puts mustard on the wrong sandwich and forgets to put mustard on the one which werequested. With gas prices now and having to drive back, just sucks and unfortunately, we won't be going back to this location.Pay attention to your orders and make them correctly. Please!
