Not sure why this restaurant has so many good reviews the customer service and food are awful. I ordered the pad thai and it... smelled so much like fish sauce. The entire table could smell it. When I told the waitress that I wanted to exchange it forsomething else, she told me that they don't do returns and that nobody else has complained about it so there is nothing wrongwith the food. My friend tried the Tom Yum and he said it tasted too sweet and flavorless. The other people I went with sharedthe same experience. We have been to lots of Thai places and this is by far the worst. I'm wondering if this place used to begood and had a change of staff (hence the positive reviews). Read more

It would be much more convenient for the... customer if they got an "on hold" service that will queue customers rather than using a busy signal that forces the customer tokeep dialing and dialing and dialing in the hopes of getting through before someone else does.
