I had an interaction yesterday with a young man at this Dunkin? Donuts. I walked in, went up to the counter this kid came from... behind the back. He looked at me and gave me a ?chin nod? As if to say what do you want? I ordered a blueberry muffin, hepointed for me to put my card in the machine to pay. He turned around, got the muffin and handed it to me. Horrible customer service, and often mess up order. The manager is always angry and yelling at the other employees. Yesterday I... saw her in the food prep area looking at her cell phone.
