Orders are often wrong, almost always out of decaf espresso so you get regular iced coffee that has no flavor or they give you... caffeinated espresso. When I did manage to get a legit decaf vanilla latte it was very good but those times are few and farbetween and not worth the aggravation. And this is after going to three different locations.
