Stopped by this evening around 20:30 and waited for a quarter pounder w cheese after I don?t know how long 5 minutes maybe 10 .... Got out to the car open the box a smash COLD n crunchy I went back in but left my phone in the car. Asked if this the new juicy! crunchy ! She asked if I wanted another one HOW LONG . Well another 5 minutes it looked ok well it wasn?t crunchy or hot andbun was cold. It was dark and I was in a hurry so no time to take a picture . 29Aug.2022 3pm ask the cashier to add pickles to my large sandwich combo and she blatantly forget after she told me she got it.... I was on my way back to Maryland and wanted pickles on my sandwich from THIS McDonald?s and they fouled up. UGH!!! Anyone outtheir giving these workers honest tries at this job, just stop. They need to get the customers order correct, call the orderback so the customers know they are being paid attention to. Do you job correct. Read more
Placed order at inside kiosk on a Thursday evening. Took a minute or two for someone to notice I was at a register to pay. Once... order was placed, it took 15 minutes to receive. Seemed like they prioritized window orders. They didn't make my shake, thenwhen I got it, it was runny. I didn't get extra mayo on my sandwiches like i ordered. My chicken sandwiches tasted like thefillet-o-fish, which is weird since I don't think they put them in the oil... Maybe they kept them in the same warming drawer?Seems funky. While the outside of this place screams nostalgia, the inside screams "we need better service". My visit was around 10pm so... maybe that had a lot to do with it. No one would take our order at the counter so we had to use the overly confusing touchscreens. I should get a discount for punching in my own order. I ordered 3 McDoubles. The burgers were so dry and crunchy aroundthe edges. They must have sat for hours. Sandwiches were thrown together sloppily. Worst burgers I've ever had from McDs. Thetables were kinda greasy like they'd been cleaned in a hurry. The restaurant in general looked filthy. The employees seemedmore concerned with their friends visiting than doing their jobs.
