I was so pleasantly surprised with how good it was. I have a somewhat sensitive stomach and me and pizza don't always get along.... They have so many different options for crusts and toppings and sizes that there truly is something for everyone. The pizzaitself was also not greasy like most pizza places and I know my tummy with be happy about that later. Read more
Very disappointed in customer service/staff and cleanliness of restaurant. We went in and explained that our daughter had... peanut/tree nut allergies. When we explained this to them, they simply shrugged their shoulders and said they didn't know. Veryindifferent, and they could have cared less about the allergies-we were an inconvenience to them. We have been to other BlazePizza locations, and the staff was outstanding in handling these types of allergies. After reviewing their online allergy info,we figured out that the pizza was safe. Still, this staff was ill prepared to deal with allergies, and their attitude with uswas really unprofessional. Also, the restaurant was dirty-we had to wipe off our own table as all the tables were dirty, andthere was food all over the floor. There were 4 workers talking behind the counter, while it was obvious that things could havebeen taken care of. The gentleman and the lady working the pizza oven were working hard, and we had no problems with them.Still, compared to other Blaze Pizzas we have been to, this one was the worst. Please teach your staff how to accommodateallergies, and not have an attitude about it. Read more
tl;dr: Great pizza, just don?t get it delivered. Easiest way to get $50 in cold pizza is to order delivery from Blaze. I?ve... never been let down more than with their 3rd party delivery. It?s a shame Blaze let?s this happen after their own employees makewonderful (when at proper temperature). So 5 star pizza, but 1 star delivery experience? Make sure if you get the gluten free crust that it?s not raw! I keep going back trying to give it another shot because being... able to have gluten free and all the toppings is great? Sadly, this is the worst I have ever seen. I actually asked to have itcooked longer. There goes eating all of my pizza. Read more
