I really REALLY wanted to like this place, it's new it's local and it looks nice inside and out, but my goodness was that pizza... awful. Honestly it was really really bad pizza. I got plain, pepperoni, and buffalo. None of them were finished. My kids havenever complained about a pizza, and they didn't like it either. Four Sisters Pizza is a small pizzeria located along the busy West Somerset Street in Raritan, NJ. Since there is no dedicated... parking lot, parking can be a bit of a challenge, but you can usually find something in close walking distance. The atmosphereinside the restaurant is quaint with plenty of plants and the classic chalkboard of specials. I decided to go with a grandmaslice and a plain slice. The grandma sported a crispy base and crisp, delicious crust. The sauce was awesome, but a tad unevenlydistributed along with the cheese. The taste plain slice reminded me of school cafeteria pizza. The cheese slid right off theslice and either wasn't the best quality or there was too high a ratio of cheese to sauce. Read more
Not sure what the food is like in person, but delivery was terrible. Used the Slice app, not sure what role that played. Pizza... was 35 min later than expected, cold, and gross. Cheese tasted processed, onions tasted totally raw, crust was crispy on thebottom but really soggy on top. Tried reheating it but it was totally unedible. Honestly, a good frozen pizza is better thanthis. Pizza went in the garbage but the ceasar salad was actually ok. Go figure.
