Ordered food online to get lunch 20 minutes beforehand. Said it was ready and complete.when I went to pick it up it still was... not complete. I then waited an additional 20 minutes for them to make it. The lady who made it made it wrong so had to go backin to get the correct food. She threw a fit and proceeded too make my sandwich in a rage. She was yelling at customers becausethe bell on the door was ringing. I understand being busy at lunch time but that was in no way acceptable to treat customers. Read more
Worst app/online service ever. They will mark your order as complete and ready for pick up, then start making it when you show... up. Oh, and they have you wait in whatever line is there even if you walk up to the express order sign. Read more

Arrived 9:30 to all pans out... and sandwich lines broken down and sandwiches ?available but not convenient.? Staff was happy to offer to make our sandwichesbut had 4-5 pans high piles all across the table with no visible selection of toppings and we were made to feel like our purserwould have been an inconvenience as I?m sure it would have been as they?d have had to dig through oiled up pans for ourtoppings.
